3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
