Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods (such as holidays, major sales, or new collection launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping
    Automatically applied to all orders. Shipping is free on orders over $59.99. A flat fee of $12.99 applies to orders below that threshold.

  • Express Shipping (If Available)
    May be offered at checkout based on your location. Additional charges apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Clistos is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Clistos has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, logistics disruptions, or weather conditions may cause delays.
